Soft Banana Bread Style Cookies

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add the granulated sugar and melted butter to the mashed banana and mix until fully combined.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray, spacing them slightly apart.
Use a fork to gently press the tops of the cookies, creating a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
