SAUSAGE BREAD ROLL

INSTRUCTIONS :
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, I used frozen french bread
1 pound of cooked breakfast sausage of your choice, I used the HOT variety
8 to 10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella
1egg,
Melted butter (about 1 1/2-2 tablespoons)
1 white onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
Cajun seasoning to taste (about a teaspoon or so)
And an egg wash to the top to make it shiny, mix 1 egg with 1 teaspoons of water, brush on top of bread before baking.

DIRECTIONS :
Mix sausage ,1 egg and Cajun seasoning TOGETHER AND BROWN WITH THE ONION AND GREEN PEPPER, DRAIN OFF FAT
Roll out bread with rolling pin, spread melted butter, sprinkle on cooked and well drained sausage, and cheese. Roll up and place in a very lightly greased bundt pan or forn in a circle or as a leave as a log on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350* until brown about 20 -25 minutes.let cool 5-10 minutes ,slice and serve
