Sausage Balls

Sausage balls are ground meat balls seasoned with various spices and herbs, formed into small balls and cooked in a pan or oven. They can be served as an appetizer, a snack or as a side dish for a main course.

Ingredients :

250g of flour
3 g dry yeast
12 g of sugar
1 egg
42g of butter
125 ml of hot milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
12 sausages
1 egg
Smoothie and parsley to garnish

Preparation :

In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, melted butter, milk and salt. Mix and work well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Let rest for 90 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 portions, then roll out and roll each one.
Wrap the sausages and let rest for 30 minutes.
Then top with a beaten egg and add some parsley.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
