Ricotta and chocolate chip cubes: a delicious, quick and easy recipe!
INGREDIENTS :
500g (2 cups) ricotta cheese
40 g (1/4 cup) powdered sugar
20 g (1/4 cup) potato starch
50g of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
METHOD :
In a bowl, add ricotta, powdered sugar, potato starch and mix. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the cake pan (size of pan – 20x20cm) and bake at 200°C/392°F for 40 minutes.
Cut the cake into cubes and decorate with powdered sugar.
