Ingredients :
15 g of salt
15 g of vegetable stock, granules
220 g of sour cream, or crème fraîche
220 g of balsamic vinegar, white
300 g of water
50 g of sugar
350 g of natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
70 g mustard
250 g oil
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
np e.g. aromatic herbs (for salad)
Preparation:
(The recipe can be prepared with or without Thermomix. The instructions for TM are in parentheses).
First put the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable stock in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add the other ingredients and mix for 5 to 8 seconds using a blender (10 sec./pc.5).
2) The next step is to bottle the dressing and store it in the refrigerator after letting it cool. The vinegar preserves it and makes it last quite a long time. It is delicious with all green salads or raw vegetables.
The dressing also makes a great gift or homemade treat.
