Recipe Light Baked Donuts

Light Baked Donuts

A recipe for light donuts in the oven, quite simple to make and super delicious, a combination of very surprising but very good flavors.

Ingredients :

200g flour
90ml lukewarm skimmed milk
1 packet of baker’s yeast
10g sweetener
30g light butter at room temperature
1 egg
1 teaspoon oil

Preparation :

Mix the yeast and lukewarm milk and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
In a bowl or in your robot put the flour, the sweetener, the egg and the milk mixture then knead for 5 minutes.
Then add the butter and knead for another 5 minutes.
Form a ball of dough then place it in an oiled bowl and leave to rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
On a floured work surface, roll the dough into a sausage shape and cut it into 7 pieces then shape 7 donuts.
Place the donuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C then bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
