INGREDIENTS :
2 eggs
110 mL (0.5 cup) oil
120 g (1 cup) powdered sugar
200g (7 oz) boiled pumpkin
450 g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
15g baking powder
METHOD :
Mix eggs, oil, powdered sugar. Add pumpkin puree and stir. Add flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
Form balls and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F
