Pudding and Biscuits: Soft and Chewy!
Ingredients :
MILK 750ml
SUGAR 125g
COCOA POWDER 25g
JELLY 7g
DARK CHOCOLATE 125g
COOKIES
Instructions :
In a bowl, mix the milk with the sugar and the agar-agar.
Sift in the cocoa powder, then whisk to combine.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the chocolate and continue cooking until the chocolate is melted and the mixture thickens.
Pour a ladle of the chocolate mixture into a cake tin.
Add a layer of cookies.
Pour another ladleful of the chocolate mixture.
Repeat with the rest of the cookie and chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
