Potato bread with cheese and garlic: how to prepare this incredible recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
125 ml (1/2 cup) lukewarm water
250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour or bread flour
1 teaspoon of salt + 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
3 tablespoons olive oil/vegetable oil
2 medium potatoes, boiled.
Salt, pepper, garlic, chilli, follow your taste.
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for garnish
1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for garnish
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar and water. Cover for 10 minutes.
Then add the flour, salt, garlic powder and olive oil.
Make a paste and leave for 60 to 90 minutes.
Boil and cut the potatoes, season them and make the bread.
