Potato boats: the recipe for a fresh and delicious appetizer

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes
Natural tuna
Cherry tomatoes and capers
Salt and oregano
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

First boil the potatoes and put them to cool.
Then empty them and mash the pulp.
Mix the pulp with tuna, cherry tomatoes and capers.
