Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets of white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the fish fillets in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Pour the lemon garlic butter mixture over the fish fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.
  5. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove the foil and broil the fish for an additional 2-3 minutes to brown the top.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
