Peppers stuffed with chicken: the tasty and easy-to-try recipe
Ingredients :
2 large bell peppers
400g minced chicken
80 g of parmesan
100 g grated mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
100g stale bread
Salt and pepper
Mixed herbs (parsley, thyme, oregano)
30g breadcrumbs
Olive oil
Directions:
Cut the peppers in half and clean the inside.
Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Soak stale bread in water.
Mix the meat, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and herbs. Then add the bread after pressing it.
Mix well to use a fork.
Use this meat mixture to stuff the peppers.
Coat with olive oil, cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 200° for 30-35 minutes.
