Ingredients:
roll of puff pastry
500 ml of milk
Lemon peels
5 yolks
125 grams of sugar
45 grams of flour
Icing sugar
Indications:
- Cut vertical strips from the puff pastry roll and wrap them around the metal cannoli shapes.
- Heat the milk with the lemon zest inside.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and flour, then add the mixture to the milk on the stove and bring to the boil.
- Sprinkle the cannoli with icing sugar and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with custard and serve
