No-bake coconut and chocolate tart: the recipe for a delicious dessert
Ingredients:
Basis:
200 g of biscuits + 50 g of decoration
100 g of butter
4 tablespoons of cream for desserts
Ingredients for the cream:
250 g of cream for desserts
250 g of mascarpone
100 g of coconut milk
100 g of hazelnut cream
5 g of gelatin sheets
20 g of hot milk
70 g of icing sugar
50 g of coconut flour
Preparation:
Base: blend the biscuits, mix them with the butter and cream and press them into the bottom of the mould. Leave in the fridge.
Put the gelatin in the water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar. On the side, mix the mascarpone with milk and coconut flour. Combine the two compounds, dissolve the gelatin and add to the rest. Assemble the tart by adding the hazelnut cream and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
