Moist Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup melted beef
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted beef, plain yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
Tips:
- To make your banana bread extra moist, try adding a handful of chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter.
- For a healthier twist, you can substitute some of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour.
