Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup melted beef
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted beef, plain yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.

  • To make your banana bread extra moist, try adding a handful of chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter.
