Ingredients

6 eggs
12 large prawns
100g mayonnaise
1 shallot
Salt pepper
Paprika

Preparation

Cook the eggs for ten minutes and peel them.
Chop the shallot as finely as possible.
Mount the mayonnaise.
Shell the prawns. Cut the eggs in half, gently remove the yolks and crush them and add the mayonnaise and seasonings.
Mix everything together and fill the whites with it using a fluted pastry bag.
Arrange the prawns, sprinkle with a pinch of paprika.
