Ingredients :
1 jar of cherries (720 ml)
270 g of soft butter
180 g of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs
420 g of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
200 g of yoghurt (3,5 %)
Preparation :
- first drain the cherries and collect the liquid, then mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. 2. Gradually add the eggs to the mixture, mixing between each.
- Gradually add the eggs to the mixture, mixing between each. Then combine the flour and baking powder and mix alternately with 150 g of yoghurt.
After incorporating the cherries, pour the mixture into a bowl or baking sheet lined with shortening and breadcrumbs and spread evenly. 4. Bake in a preheated oven. - Now bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175°C / fan oven: 150°C) for about 1 hour.
Leave to rest in the pan for about 10 minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Tip : In addition to the suggested fruits, you can opt for other options, such as blueberries and strawberries.
