Ingredients of :
base mix
240ml. water
100g. sugar
1 vanilla sugar
400g. powdered milk
250g. butter at room temperature
and another
1st layer-substrate
100g. ground plasma cookie
100g. ground nuts
6 tablespoons of milk
II layer:
100g. chocolate cooking
III layer:
100g. White chocolate
IV layer:
2 dcl. sweet cream or 1 whipped cream
Preparation :
Boil the water, sugar and vanilla sugar. Remove from the heat and gradually add the powdered milk, stirring constantly with a mixer. Then add the butter, mix everything to obtain a homogeneous and unctuous cream.
Separate 200 g of this mixture. and add the cookies, nuts and milk. Mix and distribute in a mold of 20 cm in diameter.
Leave in the freezer for a few minutes until the second layer is prepared.
Melt the baking chocolate and mix with half of the remaining powdered milk mixture. Stir to obtain a fine cream and pour over the biscuit layer. Put back in the freezer for ten minutes.
Melt the white chocolate and mix with the rest of the powdered milk mixture. Distribute on the dark part.
Store the cake in the refrigerator for several hours or even overnight. Remove ring and apply whipped cream or whipped cream.
