I propose you a Tunisian Kefta so delicious and so easy to prepare. It is very tasty and accessible to everyone.
Ingredients :
4 potatoes
1 onion
1/2 bunch of parsley
100 g ground meat
2 eggs
100 g breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation :
Peel the potatoes and cook them in water. Peel and dice the onion.
Brown the ground meat. Chop the parsley. Mix the meat, crushed potatoes, parsley and onion. Add the breadcrumbs.
Mix well to make a purée. Add the eggs, the tomato paste and mix well (it must be a soft paste).
Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot enough, take some of the dough, roll it in your hand, flatten it like a cake and put it in the oil.
Let it rest for a minute and then eat it (hot or warm).
