INGREDIENTS:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS :
Mix all together except cheese.
Spread evenly in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° degrees for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese melts
