- 6 oz of white cheddar
- 1 tbsp of chili powder or smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Chili flakes, for topping
Directions:
- Begin by roasting the jalapeños until charred, then remove the skin, seeds, and stems. Chop the roasted jalapeños into small pieces.

- Gently fold in the chopped roasted jalapeños into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle chili flakes on top for an extra kick of spice.
- Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies and enjoy!
Tips:
- For a milder dip, reduce the amount of jalapeños used.
- You can also add a squeeze of lime juice for a citrusy twist.
- Customize the dip by adding cooked and crumbled beef or chicken for a heartier option.
