Ice cream by the glass: very fast and very tasty!
INGREDIENTS :
Melted chocolate
400 mL (1 3/4 cups) whipping cream
300 mL (1 cup) condensed milk
Pineapple juice
METHOD :
Melt the chocolate and add the first layer to the glass on all sides with the teaspoon. Transfer to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add the whipped cream, condensed milk and pineapple juice (choose the juice you like) and mix with the blender.
Once the time is up, fill the glasses with the cream. Add the popsicle stick to the cream and close with a layer of chocolate. Transfer the glasses to the freezer for 2 hours.
After two hours, remove the plastic glasses and serve the ice cream.
