ingredient:

250 g of sugar
100 ml of water
20 ml lemon juice

Indications:

Mix the gelatin in 120 ml of water.
Cook the sugar and 120 ml of water in a saucepan.
Mix the two mixtures in a bowl and add the food coloring, vanilla extract, lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the batter into a mold and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours.
Mix corn starch, powdered sugar and pour over marshmallows.
