You can dip these quick and delicious cookies in melted chocolate or simply decorate them as you wish.
Ingredients
300 g flour
200 g butter
100 g icing sugar
Preparation
First knead the flour with butter and icing sugar to form a smooth dough, shape into a ball, wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes.
Then preheat the oven to 160 °C hot air. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Now divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll out on a floured work surface, cut out stars and place on the baking tray.
Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and draw a face on with the chocolate writing.
