Heavenly Cheesecake: Every bite will be heavenly!
INGREDIENTS :
20-25 biscuits500 ml (2 1/4 cups) cream220g (3/4 cup) condensed milk1 packet of gelatin70 g (1/3 cup) melted butter
METHOD :
Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter, transfer them to a baking dish.
Mix the gelatin with a little whipped cream and beat the rest of the whipped cream.
Add the condensed milk and gelatin mixture.
Transfer to a dish and leave to rest for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle with more crushed cookies.
