Fudge Brownies: the delicious and easy American dessert!

INGREDIENTS :

Melted butter;
Dark chocolate;
Butter without salt;
3 eggs;
150 g sugar;
50 g brown sugar;
70 g all-purpose flour;
30 g cocoa powder;

METHOD :

Brush the pan with melted butter and place the sheets of parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter. Set aside.
Beat the eggs with the caster sugar, brown sugar and mix. Put the bowl over the boiling water and mix again.
Beat with a mixer to make the cream rise, add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Mix the flour with the cocoa powder, add to the mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 170°C/338°F for 25 minutes
