INGREDIENTS:
6 oz raspberries
16 oz strawberries quartered
11 oz fresh blueberries 1 pint
4 kiwis peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cup grapes halved
2 cups cantaloupes cubed
3 clementines peeled and separated
Fruit Salad Dressing:
2 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp poppy seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice or cube the fresh fruit, you just want to keep them the same size.
In a bowl, combine together the honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, or poppyseeds. Finely chop the fresh mint.
Add the mint to the fruit and toss. Drizzle salad with dressing and mix until well combined.
