Focaccia by the spoon

Focaccia by the spoon: soft and fragrant, ready in the oven!

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
120 ml (1/2 cup) milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
10 tablespoons (120g) flour
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
10g baking powder
100g cooked ham
100g smoked provola
Sesame seeds

METHOD

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, the baking powder and the oil, add the grated parmesan and the flour.
Transfer half of the prepared mixture to the skillet and add the ham and cheese, cover with the rest of the prepared mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
