Fig pie with ricotta cream: a delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:

400 grams of 00 flour
4 egg yolks
150 grams of sugar
300 grams of butter
Lemon peel
vanillin
Filling:
500 g fresh ricotta cheese
2 egg yolks
100 grams of sugar
1 jar of fig jam
8 fresh figs
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Directions:

Shortcrust pastry: mix egg yolks with sugar, then add lemon zest, butter and flour. Form a smooth dough and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Filling: in a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and ricotta.
3 Now assemble the pie and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes
