Spoon dessert: a delicious and easy recipe with chocolate.
Calling all chocolate lovers.
You’ll love how easy it is to make:
INGREDIENTS:
1 l of milk
1 tbsp of flour
1 glass of sugar
1 tbsp of starch
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of butter
80 g of dark chocolate
1 glass of iced water
Biscuits
METHOD:
- In a pot mix flour, sugar, starch, yolks, cocoa and milk.
- Cook until it boils.
- Add in the butter and chocolate pieces.
- Pour the mix in a bowl and cool it with some iced water.
- Blend everything.
- Assemble the dessert by pouring on a tall glass some of the chocolate mix and adding biscuits pieces. The cover with some more chocolate mix.
- Decorate your dessert with some crumbled biscuits and chocolate chips.
- Enjoy Spoon dessert.
