Easy & Quick No-Gelatin Dessert – Only 3 Simple and Budget-Friendly Ingredients

Recipe ingredients:

2 cans of

sweetened condensed milk (395 g each | 13.9 oz, total: 790 g | 27.8 oz)
100 ml of fresh lime juice (3.4 fl oz)
Chocolate cookies or any of your choice (about 1 pack, to layer)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, pour the sweetened condensed milk and add the lime juice. Stir well for a few minutes until you get a thick, creamy mixture.

In a glass dish, spread a layer of the cream mixture on the bottom using a spatula.

Add a layer of chocolate cookies on top, then another layer of cream. Repeat the process, alternating layers of cookies and cream until you run out of ingredients.

Finish with a final layer of cream on top, smooth it out, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so it can set nicely.

Optional: Just before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings or crushed cookies for an extra touch.
