Donuts Beignets: How to Make Them Irresistible!
Donut beignets are small, round-shaped sweet cakes fried in hot oil and usually covered in icing sugar or syrup. They are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside for a delicious dessert or snack.
INGREDIENTS :
140 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
240 ml (1 cup) of water
3 eggs
75g (⅓ cup) butter
a pinch of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation :
Place water and butter over medium heat and boil until butter melts.
Add salt and flour, mix with a spoon until the dough forms.
Add the vanilla extract to the batter, then crack 3 eggs, one at a time, while working the batter with a hand mixer.
Transfer the dough to the piping bag and pipe 12 circles on parchment paper.
Cook each donut in the preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
