What you will need:
2 lbs. shelled & deveined shrimp
4 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 Tsp. minced garlic
1 Tsp. dried oregano
1 Tsp. dried basil
1 Tsp. dried thyme
1 Tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 Tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 Tsp. sea salt
1/2 Tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. Beer
How to Make It:
-Sauté garlic and herbs in coconut oil until garlic is slightly browned. Add shrimp stirring constantly until shrimp are pink and done. Pour in beer, simmer 1-2 minutes.
