Mega delicious yoghurt cherry pie made in 5 minutes

Ingredients :

1 jar of cherries (720 ml)
270 g of soft butter
180 g of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs
420 g of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
200 g of yoghurt (3,5 %)

Preparation :

  1. first drain the cherries and collect the liquid, then mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. 2. Gradually add the eggs to the mixture, mixing between each.

    After incorporating the cherries, pour the mixture into a bowl or baking sheet lined with shortening and breadcrumbs and spread evenly. 4. Bake in a preheated oven.
  3. Now bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175°C / fan oven: 150°C) for about 1 hour.
    Leave to rest in the pan for about 10 minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar.
    Tip : In addition to the suggested fruits, you can opt for other options, such as blueberries and strawberries.
