Ingredients :
-200 g of blueberries
-40 g of sugar
-1 squeeze of lemon
-50 ml of water
-200 g of mascarpone
-300 g of natural yoghurt
-Icing sugar, to taste
-30 g of biscuits, (chocolate biscuits )
-whipped cream (cream)
-1 tablespoon of rum
Preparation :
Bring the blueberries to the boil with the sugar, lemon and water and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring often; the berries must be soft, mix with the rum and leave to cool.
Mix the mascarpone with the yoghurt until smooth, sweeten with icing sugar to taste, coarsely crumble the biscuits and mix, divide between the dessert glasses.
Pour the cooled berry puree over the cream, decorate with whipped cream and a few blueberries, cool.
