Crispy Honey Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 pounds of chicken wings
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then place them in a large bowl. Add olive oil, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to evenly coat.
Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
While the wings bake, combine honey and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm the mixture just until it starts to bubble slightly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean bowl. Pour the warm honey lemon glaze over the wings and toss until they’re thoroughly coated.
Serve hot, with extra lemon wedges or dipping sauce on the side if desired.
