Creme caramel cake: the creamy, gourmet dessert
Ingredients :
100g sugar
CARAMEL CREAM:
750 ml of milk
4 eggs
90g sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
Directions :
Start by dissolving the sugar and pouring it into the pan, let it cool.
Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt.
Then add the hot milk and mix.
Finally add the vanilla, stir and strain the mixture into the pan.
Place the pan in a saucepan with water and bake at 160° for 2 hours.
