Ingredients:
Guard Shell Macaroni 2 cups
Water (for boiling) as required
Salt (for boiling) 1 tsp
Oil (for boiling) 1 tbsp
Peas 1/2 cup
Carrots (chopped) 1 cup
Apple (cubes) 1 cup
Potatoes (cubes) 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Fruit cocktail as required
Red cherry as required
Boiled eggs (sliced) as required
Method:
- To prepare Mayo dressing, in a bowl add mayo, cream, white pepper, salt, icing sugar, honey and mix well.
- In a pan heat water and add potatoes, boil until fully done. Strain and set aside.
- In another pan heat water, add peas, boil until fully done. Strain and set aside.
- In a pan heat water, add carrots, blanch for 1-2 minutes. Strain and set aside.
- For boiling pasta, heat water in a pot and bring it to boil. Add salt, oil, Guard Shell Pasta and boil until fully done. Strain and set aside.
- Now in a bowl add boiled potatoes, peas, carrots, pasta, mayo dressing, fruit cocktail, apple and mix well.
- Top it with boiled eggs, red cherry and serve.
- Your Pasta Salad is ready, serve and enjoy.
