Ingredients:
250 gr of cherries4 small eggs80 g of icing sugar60 ml in EVO30 ml of cherry liqueur250ml of milk160 gr of flour with baking powderFor the syrup:80ml of water80 g of sugar
Preparation:
- Wash and pit the cherries.
- Then mix the eggs with icing sugar, oil, liqueur, milk, and flour with yeast.
- Pour the mixture over the cherries and bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
- Dissolve the sugar in the water and wet the surface of the cake.
