Ingredients :

For the caramel sauce
200 g of sugar
70g water
For the first dough
3 eggs
150g condensed milk
200 g of cream
170 g of milk
5 g of vanilla sugar
For the second dough
3 egg yolks
30 grams of sugar
40 grams of milk
30g seed oil
5 g of vanilla sugar
75 g of flour
3 g baking powder
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
45g of sugar

Preparation :

First prepare the caramel and pour it into the mold.
Mix the eggs with the condensed milk, cream, milk and sugar. Strain the mixture into the mould.
Beat the second dough: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, milk, oil, sugar, flour and yeast. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and sugar. Always pour into the mold.
Place the mold in a saucepan and pour hot water.
Bake at 160° for 90 minutes.
