Cream pie: a delicious and fragrant!
How to make cream pie!
Ingredients :
For garnish :
150 g of sugar
120 g small chocolate
60 g candied orange
10 g of dry biscuits
750g ricotta cheese
For the shortcrust pastry:
300g flour
100g of sugar
80g sunflower seed oil
Vanilla
8 g vanilla baking powder
2 medium sized eggs
Preparation :
For the filling, combine the ricotta cheese and sugar, then add the candied orange and chocolate chips.
Leave to cool in the refrigerator.
Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing baking powder and flour.
Beat eggs and sugar, add oil and vanilla.
Add the powders all at once and mix with a spatula.
When the flour is completely absorbed, knead until you get a soft and smooth dough.
Place the dough in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough in half and roll out one half on a floured work surface using a rolling pin.
Place the dough in a buttered pan with parchment paper in the bottom.
Make holes with a fork, then make a thin layer of crumbled cookies.
Now fill with the ricotta cheese cream you prepared before and sprinkle with additional biscuits.
Finally, cover with more shortcrust pastry, seal the edges and poke holes in the top.
Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving and decorate with powdered sugar.
