400 grams (14.1 oz) heavy cream
100 grams (3.5 oz) shredded coconut or fresh coconut

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and 50 grams (1.75 oz) of shredded coconut.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula until it thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan.

Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a glass dish.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded coconut evenly over the top.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for about 1 hour, or until it sets completely.
