Ingredients :
4 eggs
250g sugar
130g butter (melted)
180g milk
Vanilla extract
350g flour
16g baking powder
Caster sugar
Preparation :
- In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add butter, milk and mix again.
- Gradually add vanilla essence, baking powder and flour and mix well again until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the cake tin (26 cm – size of the tin) greased with flour and bake in the oven at 180°C / 360°F for 40 minutes.
- Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool completely and decorate with powdered sugar.
