Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of butter

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

Directions

  3. Heat oil for frying in a deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  4. Spoon the dough into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip. Carefully pipe strips of dough into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden; drain on paper towels.
  6. Combine the 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in the mixture.
