INGREDIENTS :
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
120g (5/8 cup) sugar
150 ml (3/5 cup) milk
50 ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
150g (1 1/4 cups) flour
30g cocoa powder
5g baking powder
10g gelatin
50ml water
200g (4/5 cup) condensed milk
200 ml (4/5 cup) whipping cream
50g chocolate
40 ml lukewarm cream
METHOD :
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and salt, then add the milk and oil.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Transfer to the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- Divide the prepared cocoa biscuit into two pieces.
Transfer the first piece to the mold.
- In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with the whipped cream, stir in the gelatin and pour into the mold, cover with the second piece of dark biscuit.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Top with chocolate and cream mixture
