Chocolate fondant cake: super moist and easy to make!
INGREDIENTS :
100g dark chocolate
80g butter
5g cocoa powder
30g milk
12g heavy cream
2 egg yolks
20g brown sugar
Meringue (2 egg whites + 50g sugar)
50g flour
pinch of salt
METHOD :
Add the dark chocolate and butter to the microwave-safe bowl and microwave for approx. 60 seconds. Add cocoa powder, milk and heavy cream. Set aside
In the large bowl, add the sugar and egg yolks, mix well, add the chocolate mixture and mix again.
Gradually add the meringue, mix, then add the sifted flour and salt.
Pour batter into cake tin.
Bake for 15 minutes 160С/320F, 25 minutes 140С/280F.
Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
