Chocolate cotton cake

INGREDIENTS :

80 ml (5 tbsp.) milk
60 ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
70g (1/2 cup) flour
10 g (1 1/4 tbsp.) cocoa powder
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
1/ 3 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Chocolate chips

PROCESS :

In a bowl, combine milk, oil, flour and egg yolks. Divide into two portions and add the cocoa powder to the second portion.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the salt, lemon juice and sugar.
Divide the white and dark mixture into two portions.
Transfer to pan, add dark mixture, cover with white mixture and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Cook in hot water at 170°C (340°F) for 1 hour.
