  • 60 milliliters of milk (¼ cup)

  • 10 grams of baking powder (2 teaspoons)
  • 50 grams of chocolate chips (¼ cup)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
  2. Add in the oil, yogurt, and milk, mix until smooth.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in tough pancakes.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
  6. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan to form a pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
  8. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or a dollop of yogurt.
