CHICKEN STRIPS WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

Finely chopped sesame garlic
½ cup Chinese roots
½ cup broccoli, diced
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup paprika, cut into strips
1 pound brisket, cut into strips
Soy sauce

Preparation:

  1. In a wok or traditional skillet, brown the chicken with the garlic over medium heat, gradually add the paprika, Chinese roots, broccoli and carrot, cook for 5 minutes then add the soy sauce to your liking until that all the ingredients are well mixed.
  2. When ready to serve, add some sesame seeds on top.
