Ingredients
2-3 cups shredded chicken
2½ cups Barilla egg noodles, cooked and drained
1½ cup Green Giant frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10.5 oz) can of Campbell’s cream of mushroom
1 (14 oz) can of College Inn chicken broth
1 cup Sargento shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Sargento Parmesan cheese
1½ cup Sargento shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to season
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, add in salt and pepper if desired; mix well.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Sprinkle the sharp cheddar cheese on top.
Place foil over dish and place in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and place back int he oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese on top.
